Hello, sacred soul. What an honor to have you here! My name is Laura, and I am a new resident of San Diego, as my heart has always heard a calling to be with the ocean. I come to you from Utah, a very special place that has allowed me to learn many things about therapeutic massage, (I graduated from the best school in the nation at the time), trauma, healing, relationships, Earth, God, Spirit, and energy, which is the bridge between it all!
I have been on my own healing journey for 10 years now, and I am finally in a place where I embrace my Self and I love the challenges that life has offered, and continues to bring. Where once I was devastated by all forms of abuse and imprisoned with negative beliefs, terrible self-talk, debilitating emotions, and destructive relationships and patterns, I now have a peaceful foundation, an open and soft heart, and hands that reach out to you, to heal and honor all those also traveling with me in this difficult life journey.
I now fully step forward as a Spirit Guide in this world: My gift is that I have learned to use massage as a tool to move trauma and dysfunction out of the body. My life Purpose is to remind you of who You are, why you are here, and how to maximize and fulfill your True Potential. It is time to let go of the illusions that bind you.
